Test Fees: NA, $100; UPT $115; UT $115
(Made out to Southern Tier NAVHDA and accompaned by a test entry form available from the main NAVHDA site)

Refund Policy:

• All cancellations within two weeks of the test results in a forfeit of the entire entrance fee*.
• All other cancellations will forfeit a $25 administrative fee AND,
  • If the slot can be filled by the test day, the remaining entrance fee balance will be refunded.
  • If the slot can’t be filled by the test day, the entrant will forfeit the balance of the entrance fee.

*Extenuating circumstances, such as medical excuses, provided in writing from the physician or veterinarian, will be considered by the test committee for a refund.
